The document contains all sections of the regulations/standard necessary for maintaining knowledge in the company about the procedure for performing the process.

Structure of works
Development of a map of the company’s business processes — development of logically interconnected business processes, at the level of categories and groups of processes, 1-2 levels of business processes. Structuring processes based on reference models, the company’s target business model, and the value chain. A comprehensive description of all company processes at the top level.
Result of the work
Graphical holistic description of the company’s process system. Linking the organizational structure with the process system through the “Business Process Owner” role.

4. Description of the service “Formation of requirements for automation of business processes”
Structure of works
In addition to the description of the business process, collection, methodical development of requirements for process automation, including changing the status of the control object in the process (status directory), role model of the process, development of the completeness of process scenarios. 5. Description of the service “Development of process indicators”
Structure of works
This service focuses on developing process indicators, KPI, and creating an indicator passport, where all its attributes are developed – the calculation algorithm or accounting procedure, data sources, role structure, etc.
Result of the work
Passports of indicators were generated, and the customer’s attributes were developed based on the customer’s statistics. Options for visualizing the dynamics of changes in indicators in the form of dashboards were developed.

6. Description of the service “Development of process reporting”
Structure of works
Developing requirements for process reporting that allows for effective process performance management. Not just plan-fact analysis. Working out the procedure for generating and working with reporting, role structure – who works with the report and how.
Result of the work
A report layout was developed based on MS Excel, and the data structure and reporting visualization were developed taking into account the customer’s data statistics.
